From month-to-month rentals, to term leases, we provide both full service leasing and property management.  Whether you own a single family residence, condominium or multi-unit property we can assist you in leasing, as well as management and risk assessment.

Our leasing program attracts well qualified applicants from our expansive marketing and advertising.  In addition to those methods, we network with several relocation agencies, as well as corporations directly.  As part of our corporate relocation marketing we stay in constant contact with human resource departments from coast-to-coast not only announcing our vacancies, but learning about upcoming relocations they may have so that we can line up properties to service them.We conduct comprehensive full-screening on all applicants using the most complete and complaint servicer available.  We review credit history, credit summary, risk score model and FICO, score factors, fraud search, eviction search utilizing the complete eviction database, national criminal database scan, bad check search, social security trace, and driver's license verification.  In addition, we verify current and previous rental history, as well as employment history.  By conducting such thorough screening we can select the most well qualified applicants for your property, thus greatly reducing your risk factor and protecting your investment.  This is just one of many steps our "Risk Management Assessment Team" takes to make sure we are only reducing your risk (and ours), but also filling your vacancies at market rent with strong, solid tenants.
